REGULATION ON AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES FOR USING THE KRJC LIBRARY COLLECTION

Dear visitors and readers of the Kyrgyz-Japan Center (KRJC) Library,
Please be advised that effective September 14, 2026, we are amending the rules for the use of KRJC library resources. The primary objective of these modifications is to ensure that knowledge and literature are accessible to everyone. We are entirely abolishing paid subscriptions; henceforth, admission to the library, as well as access to all its materials, shall be absolutely free of charge for all individuals.
